We aim to build a highly diverse organisation where everyone feels welcome and valued, regardless of gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexuality or any other difference.
Our first three priorities are gender, nationality and generational diversity.
We have committed that women will represent 33% of our senior leaders by 2025 – the same for our Board of Directors. In addition, we aim to develop the next generation of female leaders. Our FeMale network has more than 300 members and our CEO, senior leadership and Board Directors often participate in the network’s monthly global calls.
We are also working to include greater ethnic diversity in our leadership and to build a multi-generational workforce. While our Refractory Factory training programme brings young talent into our business, we are also working to increase representation from older age groups.
