Why do you like working for RHI Magnesita?
I enjoy working for RHI Magnesita due to the diversity of the people, job and everyday tasks. I have the privilege of working with colleagues that have been with the company for 40+ years that teach you about the ups and downs of both industry and life while also working alongside some of the smartest minds in the refractory industry.
What are your professional goals?
My professional goal is to teach and support employees on both overall health and wellness and the importance of workplace safety. My goal is to ensure that at the end of the day, all employees leave with the same amount of fingers and toes they came into work with, thus providing them the opportunity to live a fulfilling, enjoyable life.
Which plant would you love to visit?
Any plant in Austria.
What would your best piece of advice be for someone who wants to work at RHI Magnesita?
Best advice I would give to someone who wants to work at RHIM is give it a shot. The work may be strenuous, but the people that you’ll meet and the bonds you’ll create will ensure you never feel like you are working.

I have been a Firefighter and Paramedic for the past 8 years.

Sunglasses, a cold drink and a phone to get off the island

Advancing my career while teaching younger Health & Safety professionals the ins and outs of the industry.
