- I like working for RHI Magnesita because I really like the possibility of helping to build this new company. I genuinely feel that we have room for this, we can participate, boost projects we believe in etc. We can contribute in our daily routine activities, in our teams as well as individually in our job roles.
- My professional goal is learning. Learning every day is not necessarily linked to job change. Even sitting in the same chair I learn every day. I learn from my team, from my peers and from other areas. Now that we have this global interface this has happened a lot but very strongly and lately I’ve been thinking more about my individual goals. What I really want is to help leaving a good legacy in this company. I think as a result of this, we mature, we grow and then opportunities arise, but above all we need to learn, grow and help other people do the same.
