About Project DigiT

DigiT is RHI Magnesita’s flagship digital transformation project, aiming to revolutionize the refractory industry by renewing our entire business process landscape.
Our goal is to implement SAP S/4 HANA public and private cloud as a lean ERP core based on SAP standards, fully integrated into a cutting-edge technological environment. Spanning from 2024 to 2027, DigiT’s ambitious timeline includes a global template build, pilots in Turkey and the USA, and regional rollouts across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This project is set to standardize and automate our processes, driving significant business value and process optimizations across all our global operations.

 

 

Your role in DigiT

Project Management
Oversee and engage in critical projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
Technical Leadership
Take the helm in areas like SAP S/4 HANA implementation, data migration, and cloud infrastructure development.
Workshop Leadership
Plan, lead, and conduct workshops that drive key decisions in our digital transformation. Your input, your feedback and learnings will directly shape the future of our processes.
Coordination in a Multi-Cultural Setup
Work with diverse teams from Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. Navigate cultural nuances to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project outcomes.
