    e-SlagCheck Ladle uses electromagnetic sensing to monitor the tapping stream in real time. 

    • A signal is generated across the tapping stream  
    • Changes in material composition affect the signal behavior  
    • Advanced digital signal processing analyzes these changes to detect slag presence instantly  

    As soon as slag appears in the stream, the signal response changes and is interpreted by the system, enabling immediate detection and response.
