With 30 years of industry experience, Craig leads the North America region with energy, enthusiasm, and high standards of excellence. He ensures every move in the North America region is made to enhance the experience of our customers. He is passionate about safety culture, people-development, and promoting a diverse work environment.
Silvia brings a robust profile to our team, holding a BS in Industrial Engineering, a MS in Systems Engineering and Management, and the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Within her 3 years at RHIM, she has contributed her expertise to several areas within our region.
Jose Luis is a dynamic leader with a passion for fostering inclusive work environments and driving organizational success. With a strategic approach to talent management and a commitment to cultural excellence, Jose Luis has been instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to propel our company forward. He has been part of the RHIM team for one year.
As the Plant Manager for York, Charles brings vast industry experience and a commitment to excellence in operational management. His leadership is characterized by a dedication to sustainability and innovation, driving the York facility to new heights of productivity and efficiency. Charles has worked at RHIM for 17 years, starting as an hourly worker in the packaging department and working his way through various technical and leadership roles.

We offer personalized recycling solutions such as reclaiming spent material into production and onsite recycling resources, and can deploy our mobile team to remove and crush your spent brick with our custom crusher.
We help you maximize the life of your refractory by partnering with you to learn your operations and support you with suggestions on maintaining or adapting your processes. Our team provides technical support and advises on installation techniques to minimize your down time. We are in this with you!
We provide technical training to equip you with refractory tips and tricks such as brick inspections, brick failure mechanisms, having a successful refractory outage, and optimizing your access to our technical services. Hands-on training gives you an in-depth view of bricking and casting your vessels.
